About us
Who we are
We love dogs, we love their bravery, their joy of life and most of all their ability to forgive. We work mainly in Bosnia with abandoned, stray and death row dogs and we work with our vets and our clinical behaviourist and working partners to change their lives for the better. We recognise each dog as an individual sentient being and celebrate their unique characters, every one of them. We educate kindly both here in the UK and overseas and support local communities around us working to remove the fear installed in the community from historical prejudice and bias. We are all volunteers who work remotely, brought together for our compassion for dogs and our belief that Every Single Life Matters
Our culture and values
We value life, we believe that every single life matters and we respect the choices that sentient beings should be allowed to make. We value those who dedicate thier time to caring for our dogs and work daily to improve their working conditions as well. Welfare is at the heart of what we do and we work under volunteer agreements and strong policies and procedures. we love what we do and together we plan to make great change for the understanding of abandonmed dogs everywhere.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We operate under strict policies including diversity in the workplace, conflict of interest polices to safeguard our volunteers and operate a safe space to encourage clear communication for everyone who joins us.
