About us

Who we are

Share is a registered charity and a centre for learning and wellbeing. We are committed to empowering disabled people. Our mission is to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs live more independently.

We provide accredited training for a range of abilities. And we offer personal development and wellbeing courses to help people feel more confident and improve their mental health. We deliver excellent support for autistic people and have autism accreditation from the National Autistic Society.

At Share, we are constantly evolving, developing flexible programmes to meet people's changing needs. We truly understand the value of people: we focus on what people can do, not what holds them back. And we have robust policies in place so that every person working at Share takes ownership for making our programmes come to life.

We are proud holders of gold Investors in People accreditation. And, in 2019, in recognition of our dedication, Share won Employer of the Year at the Wandsworth Business Awards.
