Who we are

Southwark Churches Care was started by the churches of Southwark back in 1994. We are a small voluntary organisation aiming to support isolated, older people (aged 65+) in Southwark through one-to-one befriending, social groups and helping with small practical tasks. Our services are available to those who are particularly vulnerable and/or isolated, regardless of faith or culture. We offer our services in the following postcodes in Southwark: SE1, SE5, SE15, SE16, SE17 and roads in the London Borough of Southwark in SE8 & SE11.
