About us
Who we are
St Gregory's Foundation works in Eastern Europe to tackle the social problems facing children, teenagers, parents and carers. Our projects address the root causes of disadvantage by putting families before institutions, strengthening a sense of responsibility in young and old alike and providing opportunities for vulnerable people to fulfill their potential. Our work makes our beneficiaries active participants in improving their own lives and encourages a more charitable society.
Our culture and values
At St Gregory's Foundation, we believe in building long-term, trusted relationships with our partners and supporting local communities to create lasting change. As a small charity, we value integrity, collaboration, accountability and respect in everything we do.
Our team is small, which means every contribution makes a real difference. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to supporting vulnerable children, young people and families, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We work entirely through trusted local partners who deliver support to their beneficiaries regardless of religion, gender, ethnicity, age or political beliefs. We work with organisations that are transparent in their activities and share our commitment to empowering the people and communities they support.
