Who we are

Swansea Women's Aid is a women-only organisation which supports women, with or without children, who are affected by domestic abuse.

SUPPORTED HOUSING

Our refuges are secure shared properties to enable women and their children escaping domestic abuse to have a safe place to stay temporarily, while considering their future options.

SWAN

The SWAN Project supports women who are or are at risk of sexual exploitation. We provide practical and emotional support, with the aim of improving the safety and wellbeing of women.

CHYPS

The Children and Young People’s Service (CHYPS) supports 5–17 year olds who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse.

DAISE

The DAISE project supports women who are experiencing or who have previously experienced domestic abuse. Support workers have specialist knowledge on issues relating to domestic abuse and how it can affect the lives of women and children, and are able to provide confidential, emotional and/or practical support.
