About us

Who we are

Team Up increases social mobility by establishing inspirational teams of role models that empower pupils to reach their academic potential. We are a small dedicated team working closely together to produce a massive impact.

Our programme extends the benefits of rigorous and inspirational academic tuition to children from low income backgrounds in order to enable them to realise their full potential.

We recruit exceptional role models to join our voluntary leadership programme, where they learn leadership and teaching skills which they apply to tutoring children from low-income backgrounds.

We’re also committed to developing our tutors, who gain demonstrable work experience and can - through our networks - get access to exclusive training and opportunities to strengthen their own employment prospects.

Our culture and values

At Team Up, we’re a small but extremely passionate team, working to provide a quality programme that tackles social inequality.

Every staff member brings something unique to our organisation and allows us to maintain our culture and ethos of excellence.
