Who we are
The Frank Parkinson Yorkshire Trust is a long established Almshouse Provider in Guiseley. A member of the Almshouse Association and Registered Charity , the Trust provides Independent Living accommodation for 44 elderly residents in a safe and pleasant community environment. Accomodation is considered for applicants from Leeds or Bradford who require housing due to health or financial related housing need and who would benefit from being part of our community.
Our culture and values
We are a small and friendly team who alongside the Board of Trustes ensure our values are rooted in compassion, integrity, dignity and respect . The team work very closely with residents to engage them in remaining independent and living well.
