Telephone Helplines Association supports organisations providing a helpline service through the telephone, email, web or SMS. THA members respond to between 20 million - 30 million contacts per year.
THA currently has over 500 members and provides a membership scheme, a specifically developed quality standard, training to helpline workers, development services, and a directory for callers and helplines listing over 1000 helplines.
Established over 12 years ago, THA is based in London with a satellite office in Glasgow.
