Who we are
Maine Charity is the not-for-profit arm of The Maine Group, a London recruitment consultancy founded in 1987. For over 25 years, we've placed people across the charity sector, including fundraisers, direct marketers, HR professionals, operational professionals executive assistants and senior leaders. We also run executive search for charities.
We take a consultative approach. We get to know each organisation's culture and each candidate's goals, which helps us make placements that last. We stand by that with a 100-day, 100% financial guarantee on our placements.
Our motto has stayed the same since we started: for exceptional people, an exceptional company. We give back to the sector ourselves, too, through an annual Charity Partner programme
