About us

Who we are

Mission

The NO MORE Foundation (NO MORE) is dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence by increasing awareness, inspiring action, and fuelling culture change.

NO MORE is a groundbreaking, global initiative comprised of the largest coalition of nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, media, schools and individuals addressing domestic and sexual violence. We are committed to engaging, reaching, and working with people from diverse communities.

We work to amplify and grow the movement to stop and prevent domestic and sexual violence in communities around the world by creating and supporting innovative campaigns, partnerships and tools that leverage the power of the media, entertainment, sports, technology, and collective action.

With more than 1,400 allied organizations and over 40 local, and international chapters, NO MORE sparks grassroots activism, encouraging everyone—women and men, youth and adults, from all walks of life—to be part of the solution.

Our Work

NO MORE advances its mission through a combination of public awareness, education, partnership-building, and survivor-focused resources.

Prevention Campaigns

NO MORE is known for creating and sharing high-impact public awareness campaigns, including public service announcements (PSAs), billboards, and digital and social media content. These campaigns address specific forms of abuse, challenge harmful norms, highlight available support services, and call for action to prevent violence.

Education and Events

We design and deliver educational content, global summits, and events that help people better understand domestic and sexual violence and how to respond to it. Some initiatives run year-round, while others align with key global moments such as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April), Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October), and the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (November–December).

Movement-Building

NO MORE works to build and sustain a global community of changemakers through our Chapters, Allies, and strategic partnerships. We support local leadership, encourage collaboration, and help organisations and individuals share tools, knowledge, and best practices to strengthen prevention and response efforts worldwide.

Support and Information

We provide survivor-centred resources and pathways to support through initiatives such as the NO MORE Global Directory, NO MORE Silence Speak Your Truth platform, and toolkit resources. These tools help survivors and those supporting them access accurate information and services, often at critical moments.

Consulting and Advisory Services

NO MORE also offers consulting and advisory support to corporate and non-profit partners, including guidance on survivor-centred approaches, workplace responses, prevention strategies, and social impact storytelling within media and entertainment.

NO MORE wishes to have timely, good faith discussions with a disabled applicant or employee to determine what adjustments may be appropriate. Any applicant or employee who requires an arrangement during the application process or in order to perform the essential functions of the job should contact their manager or a director to request such an arrangement. NO MORE will also, as appropriate, provide reasonable accommodations for an employee’s sincerely held religious beliefs or practices.

- ensure that no one is harassed, victimised or bullied in the workplace;

- promote a work environment where everyone feels confident to report incidents that are unfair or personally offensive;

- seek to develop their own skills and encourage others.
