The Orchard Women

Who we are

We passionately believe that women have a role in loving our world well and being empowered and equipped to serve Jesus in every area of their life. Through our conferences, reatreats and podcasr we aim to bring inspiration, refreshing honesty and hope, enabling women to step into everything God is calling them to.

Our culture and values

We are a small but dedicated team who aim to bring out the best in each. We love what we do and deeply believe that God wants us to re-write some old scripts on what it means to be a women in church and culture. 

We believe in working hard but never compromising our health or families. We regular meet up in person for team days to build relationship and harbour more creativity.

We are supportive of one another and have a Board of Trustees who are commited to our wellbeing and thriving.

We are a small team but have a Board of Trustees which is focussed on making sure there is no discrimination or unequality for any employees.
