Who we are

Trans+ Learning Lab is a UK CIC delivering life‑changing education and training to gender‑diverse folks in challenging contexts. Our 1st project is in Uganda: we're launching a free by‑and‑for trans entrepreneur incubator.

Our culture and values

Our mission is to provide free, safe, and gender-affirming routes to literacy, entrepreneurship and digital skills for trans+ and gender-diverse people excluded from mainstream education in developing economies. 

We base all of our interventions and programmes on reparative learning, inclusive co-production and culturally relavant content and delivery.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

We are trans-led and unapologetically prioritise our communities in everything we do.

Our vision is for a world in which all gender-diverse people have a chance to live their authentic lives and earned a dignified living.  We work towards this ambitious goal by building by-and-for trans entrepreneurship and business mentorship programmes in Uganda (the first of its kind) and Pakistan (tbc).
