About us

Who we are

99 people in their 20s, 30s and 40s are diagnosed with cancer every day.

We are the UK's leading exercise and mental wellbeing charity dedicated to supporting people living with and beyond cancer in their 20s, 30s and 40s, a group too often overlooked and underserved.

Through movement, community, and expert-led support, we help people rebuild their strength, confidence, and energy from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond. Because cancer doesn't stop when treatment ends, and neither do we.

We're a small, ambitious team building something genuinely transformative. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for passionate, purpose-driven people to help us reach more people, create greater impact and shape the future of cancer rehabilitation and wellbeing support. We hope you'll join us on this journey.

Our culture and values

We are ambitious

We think big because the people we support deserve nothing less. We're building innovative solutions that challenge traditional approaches to cancer rehabilitation and wellbeing, and we're always looking for better ways to extend our impact.

We put people first

Everything we do starts with the needs of the people we serve. We listen, learn and co-design alongside people living with and beyond cancer to ensure our support is relevant, accessible and genuinely life-changing.

We believe in equity

We believe everyone should have access to high-quality exercise and wellbeing support, regardless of where they live, their background or their circumstances. We're committed to breaking down barriers and reducing inequalities in cancer care.

We are evidence-led

We combine lived experience, clinical expertise and research to deliver support that works. We measure our impact, learn from feedback and continuously improve what we do.

We collaborate

We're a small team that achieves big things by working together. We value openness, trust and mutual respect, and we recognise that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and shared expertise.

We act with compassion

Cancer can be overwhelming, and we never lose sight of the human experience behind every diagnosis. We bring empathy, understanding and kindness to every interaction, with our community and with each other.

Join Us

If you're passionate about creating positive change, excited by innovation and motivated by purpose, you'll find a team that is supportive, ambitious and committed to making a real difference.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

We know that cancer does not affect everyone equally, and neither does access to support. That's why equity sits at the heart of our work.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve, and to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities, particularly those who are underrepresented in the charity sector.

We are committed to an inclusive recruitment process and will make reasonable adjustments where needed. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and are dedicated to fostering a culture of respect, collaboration and inclusion.

By bringing together different perspectives, experiences and voices, we can better support people living with and beyond cancer and build services that work for everyone.
