Who we are

Our vision is a world where people live balanced, fulfilling lives free from addiction, and where those in recovery are empowered with the knowledge and skills to sustain it long-term, having rebuilt trust and connection with themselves and others.

Our operational team is small but expertly formed, carefully selected to deliver excellence across the UK SMART Recovery network. Led by a compassionate CEO who balances high expectations with support, our team values diversity, trust, and individual contribution. We foster a vibrant, inclusive culture where fun is embraced alongside the seriousness of our work, creating an environment where everyone can thrive while making a meaningful impact in addiction recovery.
