About us
Who we are
Universal Maidens Association Cameroon (UNIMAC) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to empowering young women and girls across Cameroon. Our mission is to foster gender equality, promote education, and support the personal and professional development of women in our communities. Through a range of programs and initiatives, UNIMAC aims to create a supportive environment where women can realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
We provide vital support and services including educational scholarships for girls, vocational training programs, mentorship schemes, and health awareness campaigns. UNIMAC also advocates for women’s rights and works to eliminate gender-based violence and discrimination. Our community-driven approach ensures that the needs of women and girls are addressed holistically, helping them overcome social and economic barriers to achieve sustainable development and independence.
