Who we are
We are a group of 7 Methodist Churches in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales , which exist to serve and bring the good news of Jesus to people locally. A key component involves working with children, young people and families through friendhsip and fun. Our 2 ministers and 2 lay workers, are aided by our administrator and other volunteers to provide regular worship plus other activity such as Messy Church, Toddler Groups, Boys Brigade, Summer Play activities etc.
Our culture and values
As committed Christians we believe that our responsibility is to serve the needs of others , particularly the poor and disadvantaged wherever they may be. We can only do this if we respect others with whom we come into contact.

We have adopted an equality,diversity and inclusion policy in line with that promoted by the Methodist Church of Great Britain to ensure fairness in recruitment of paid staff and volunteers and a fair environment in which they can subsequently work. The rich diversity of people within the Methodist church is a cause for celebration and praise. We are committed eradicate discrimination and coercive control within the Methodist church and for all people to be treated justly and with dignity
All key staff and volunteer are required to undergo training in Unconscious Bias, Equality,Diversity and Inclusion in addition safety for Children and Vulnerbale Adults and to undergo periodic CRB checks
