Who we are
VOYAGE is a charitable organisation aiming to EMPOWER marginalised young people and equip them with the self-awareness, resilience and motivation to TRANSFORM behaviours to reduce educational and criminal justice disproportionalities. VOYAGE is guided by its mission to help young people bridge the gap between their schools, communities and criminal justice institutions whilst supporting young people to SUSTAIN successful relationships, lifestyle choices and gain employment. Our leadership programmes help to:
• Increase educational attainment in secondary school
• reduce violence on the streets – by bringing young people together to reduce post code conflict
• build much needed trust between black communities with the Police

Our Strategic Pillars
Education
All young people who go through Voyage programmes obtain a BTEC Level ii qualification in community safety, sustainability or technology.
Access
As young people graduate they gain access to further mentorship and guidance to help them improve their employability and gain access to higher education.
Voice
We help young people make themselves heard in their local community, giving them a voice to push for change and obtain leadership roles within Voyage.
