About us

Who we are

We provide free, compassionate care to adults in Milton Keynes living with a life-limiting illness.

Our dedicated team provides specialist, personalised care to support patients and their family members, helping them to deal with the physical and emotional effects of both their illness and treatments.

Our care gives real comfort, eases pain and reduces anxiety for patients and their loved ones. We work closely with GPs, hospitals, community nursing staff and social workers to ensure that our care is practical, informed and supportive at all levels.

Even though only 13% of our running costs are met by ongoing NHS funding, we provide all of our specialist palliative care services free of charge.

You can read more about how we’re funded and the difference we make in our impact report.

We simply couldn’t do what we do without the support of our wonderful community.
