Windsor Leadership

Who we are

Windsor Leadership is a charity that provides transformational, experience-led leadership development programmes for senior leaders, and future senior leaders, across all sectors of society. Our mission is to develop exceptional leaders who lead for good through our in-person programmes that take place in St George's House, Windsor Castle, and in Cumberland Lodge, Windsor Great Park. We also run online programmes and online events for our alumni, of which there are c.6,000. We are celebrating our 30th anniversary in 2025 and have exciting plans to develop our work in 2026 and beyond.

Our culture and values

Our belief is simple: that leadership for good is good leadership. We deliver our work through a small, core team of staff and a pool of several hundred volunteers who are all leaders or professional leadership coaches. To ensure that leaders from all organisations can benefit from the 'Windsor experience', we provide bursaries for participants from the not-for-profit and faith sectors.
