About us

Who we are

At WRAP we want to change the world. We want to transform our planet’s broken systems  — radically reducing waste and carbon emissions from everyday products.

To make this happen, we work with businesses, governments, and individuals on ambitious projects all around the world. We’re a truly international organisation — our products, strategies and initiatives reach all areas of the globe.

But we cannot do this on our own. We need passionate, enthusiastic team members to help take on the challenge. Everyone at WRAP plays their part — our people are our most valuable asset.

Transforming the world’s broken systems is our day job. Make it yours too.

Our culture and values

Our vision is a world transformed, in which Circular Living is commonplace. Where the systems that provide our everyday goods contribute to the world's prosperity and sustainability instead of reducing it.

How we work together to achieve this vision is defined in our Culture Compass, which sets out how we can be more accountable, agile, bold, commercial, globally minded and impact focussed in our day-to-day activities and ways of working to grow our impact.

We're committed to a culture that encourages and enables you to bring your best self to work, with just enough commonality to ensure our efforts are steering us all in the same direction.

The Compass is just that – an aid to point us all in the same direction, helping everyone that joins us to navigate the WRAP way.

Ways of Working

The working landscape has changed over the past few years, and we’ve adapted how we work and why we work the way we do. We mix working from home and working from an office, because we understand that to drive change and truly make a difference, sometimes you will want to come together to collaborate, but other times you’ll want to work from home. Check out our careers site for more information.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

Equality, diversity and inclusion are integral to our working culture at WRAP.

Our decisions and actions are guided by the FREDIE principles of Fairness, Respect, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement, alongside our cultural aspirations to be more accountable, agile, bold, commercial, global and impact focussed – but we also understand it’s a journey and not a destination.

We welcome individuals who stand out and bring their unique strengths and aim to foster an environment where you can bring your whole selves to work every day. We’re not looking for people to fit in, we’re looking for people to stand out; to shine. We embrace difference, and we celebrate it. Check out our careers site for more information.

Ready to join us? We welcome applications from everyone regardless of your age, race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, beliefs, sexuality, or personal preferences.
