About us
Who we are
We ensure young people have a safe place to call home, people they can trust and the support they need to fulfil their potential.
We work across Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire to support young people facing homelessness, complex life challenges, and disadvantage. Our services include supported housing, health and wellbeing support, skills development, community activities, and targeted programmes that help young people build independence, confidence and resilience.
Everything we do is rooted in relationships. We believe that when young people feel safe, respected and supported, they can thrive. Our staff work directly with residents and communities every day, creating spaces where young people feel heard, valued and empowered to shape their own futures.
Our culture and values
Our culture is shaped by three core values: Belong, Contribute and Thrive. These values guide how we support young people and how we work together as colleagues.
Belong
We create safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces where young people and staff feel respected, valued and heard. We believe everyone deserves to feel they belong, regardless of background, identity or circumstance. We actively foster environments built on trust, dignity and compassion.
Contribute
We believe everyone has something valuable to offer. We encourage our staff to bring their skills, ideas and lived experience to their work and to play an active role in shaping the services we deliver. Collaboration, accountability and professionalism sit at the heart of how we work, and we support one another to make a meaningful contribution every day.
Thrive
We are committed to helping both young people and our people thrive. This means supporting development, wellbeing and resilience, and creating opportunities to grow, learn and succeed. We take safeguarding seriously, hold ourselves to high standards, and continuously reflect on how we can do better, because thriving organisations are those that never stand still.
Together, these values underpin a culture that is people-centred, purpose-driven and focused on positive change.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We are committed to being an inclusive and welcoming organisation, where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
We actively oppose discrimination in all its forms and are committed to equality of opportunity across our workforce. We recognise that diversity strengthens our organisation and enables us to better support the young people and communities we serve.
Our approach includes:
-
Fair and transparent recruitment and selection practices
-
Ongoing learning around equality, diversity and inclusion
-
Creating a workplace where people feel safe to be themselves
-
Challenging discrimination, bias and inappropriate behaviour
-
Making reasonable adjustments to support accessibility and wellbeing
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences. What matters most to us is that you share our values and are committed to supporting positive change.
