Who we are
Age UK Trafford is a local charity which has exisited for over 45 years. We provide services for people over the age of 50 and their carers in the Borough of Trafford.
We specialise in supporting people with dementia and have done so for 25 years. We are the premier service for dementia support in Trafford, providing both day support and a specialist advice service. We also provide falls prevention activities, social activities, general information and advice, benefits advice and silver surfer IT courses.
