Who we are

Aid Works is a Sheffield-based social enterprise that helps international development organisations to strengthen their systems, and supports local and international aid workers in reaching their full potential through training and e-learning. 

We are passionate about the next generation. International development – ‘aid’ – is often misunderstood in different ways: what it means, how the UK contributes, or the skills needed.

Given the lack of information and training on international development in the North of England, we set up the Get the North to the South , which runs interactive events across the region. 

For aid organisations, whether you are a charity, UN body or private firm, we can help improve how you deliver your services. We can help you:

• Design/facilitate training courses;
