Who we are
ABC is a national UK eating disorders organisation with over 30 years of experience. We are passionate about people and recovery.
We provide on-going care, emotional support and practical guidance for anyone affected by eating disorders and eating distress.
Our telephone and email helplines are available to those struggling personally and their family, carers and friends.
We offer other support services including Befriending, online courses, online chat and nutritional guidance.
We work tirelessly to increase awareness and understanding of eating disorders through talks, training and campaigning for change.
In 2019 we received 14,233 support enquiries by phone and email and 89,666 individuals accessed help from our website and online platforms.
