Who we are
We are passionate about improving the quality of people's lives by reducing poverty, reducing social isolation and improving mental health.We take a compassionate, friendly, individualistic approach to those who use our service. We are not a traditional 'revolving door' advice agency but give long term support to those most in need, especially those with mental or physical health conditions. Our service users know where to find us and that someone will be there to help. Much of our work is focused on PIP, ESA and SDP claims but we also help with the small stuff - grants for home appliances, travel pass, food bank vouchers, toys for children and more. If we can help in any way - we will.
Last year we helped 149 people gain £825,729 in additional income.
