Who we are
Central London Healthcare is a federation of 34 General Practices in Westminster caring for more than 246,000 registered patients.
We provide a range of community and primary care services to our local residents in addition to a wide range of staffing, management and back office services to Practices.
We work closely with our Primary Care Networks (PCNs), local NHS commissioners, local authorities, charities, and NHS providers in order to develop and implement an Integrated Care System (ICS). This is designed to coordinate health and social care provision in the borough and will help people to live healthier lives for longer, and to stay out of hospital when they do not need to be there.
