CTSI is one of the oldest consumer protection bodies in the world (est. 1881) and the campaigning voice of the UK’s Trading Standards profession. As an independent, non-profit organisation, part-funded through commercial activities, our members’ passion for consumer rights remains at the heart everything we do.
