Who we are

Here at CAFS (Children & Families Staffordshire) we support families who are going through a difficult time.  This might be because of issues such as financial worries, coping with children's behaviour, coping with mental ill health, diability, in fact a wide range of issues.

CAFS trains volunteers to become Befrienders who are then matched with a family.  They will build a relationship with the family and visit for a few hours per week on a regular basis in order to provide practical and emotional support.

CAFS believes in providing support early on to prevent problems from escalating.
