Who we are

Christian Aid exists to create a world where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.

Together with our supporters and partners, we aim:

• to expose poverty throughout the world
• to help in practical ways to end it
• to highlight, challenge and change the structures and systems that favour the rich and powerful over the poor and marginalised.

This account supports our UK based volunteering opportunities. There are lots of ways you can volunteer with Christian Aid - to encourage others to give, act, or pray for our work. Ranging from fundraising in your church or local community, to getting involved behind the scenes. We have volunteers speaking in churches, or teaching to young people in schools, or lobbying their local MP. Or you could be at Greenbelt Fesitval over the summer, supporting our social media, or getting involved in research.

We'd love you to bring your skills and experiences to Christian Aid, and be part of a movement for change.
