Who we are

Citizens Advice Bedford, part of the National Citizens Advice Network has been providing advice services to the residents of Bedford Borough since the 2nd World War.

Last Year, we identified just under £3 million pounds in additional income for clients by way of benefits; £1,753,664 of debt was negotiated on behalf of our clients. All of this is only possible by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. 

We deliever advice through different channels to member of the public, this could be utilising our telephone advice service, email service, webcaht or face to face.
