Who we are
We manage and maintain areas of Crown Land around the Regent’s Park and Carlton House Terrace in London.
We are responsible for roads, pavements and gardens and also provide street cleaning, lighting and garden maintenance services. Using a 24 hour security patrol, we regulate on-street parking and issue licences to those wishing to work in our areas of operation.
As a statutory body in its own right, the CEPC is independent of The Crown Estate and the local authorities. It is funded entirely through its rates and services to local residents and businesses.
