Who we are
Dementia Support was the vision of several people who had experienced dementia within their families and felt passionately that those affected deserved better. Founded in 2014, we are a young and ambitious charity working to provide joined up support for people living with dementia, their friends and family.
We are based in Chichester, West Sussex and opened Sage House in May 2018. Sage House is a unique dementia support hub. It is the first of its kind in the UK and delivers a range of support services for people living with dementia and their families.
