Who we are
Different Planet Arts believes in a world where arts experiences and events are accessible to everyone. We believe that access and participation in cultural and arts experiences are fundamental to the human experience and vital to the health and empowerment of individuals and communities. We enable those who are often excluded and experience social isolation to participate in creative activities alongside family, peers and within the wider community.
Our Vision:
Our vision is an equal society where everybody - particularly children and young people with disabilities - enjoy, influence and are inspired by inclusive arts and cultural activities.
Our Mission:
We create opportunities for participation in arts experiences and creative expression through the provision of interactive multi-disciplinary arts projects and events.
We achieve this through the principle of 360 degree inclusion, this enables children and young people with complex disabilities and their families who are often excluded and isolated to participate in cultural activities within the wider community.
