We are a Christian Social Enterprise that releases the Church to end homelessness. We do this through empowering our growing network of 80+ Partners and inspiring new Partners to set up housing projects to provide support to their residents and see transformation in their lives, together with 1300+ loyal investors, whose numbers continue to grow, who invest with us to see their money go directly towards housing the homeless. Our fantastic team of staff work tirelessly as we continue to grow on our way to seeing a bed provided for every person that needs one. We also provide homes and support through GP Direct where we employ the team to manage projects ourselves. Another of our ventures is our Developments department, where we aspire to build a bed for every bed we buy. We call this 1-for-1 and it replenishes the already undersupplied housing stock. The Developments team also builds churches and commercial premises, all helping towards the goal of ending homelessness. 

Our first role has, and always will be, to serve. We want to lead passionately and strategically, but first and foremost we want to serve the men and women who we house and partner with, and our goal will always be to give people the opportunity to know Jesus.

For many of our jobs you can work from the comfort of your own home, find inspiration in a buzzing collaborative space or engage your inner peace in a quiet office, we're open to what works for you. 

Great office environment

For those jobs where you work in our Head Office in Southport, you'll find a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere. Our office is an old Butcher's shop, updated with a contemporary design that creates the perfect environment to work from.

Extra holidays

We give you 3 days holiday on top of your normal 20-day allowance for Christmas. We'll also throw additional days' leave in the longer you serve with US.


You won't be left floundering without clarity on where you're heading. We'll train you and help you implement Objectives & Key Results to help you maintain laser focus on your goals. 

Learning & Development

We want to empower you to gain new skills and understanding that are going to take you to new heights. As such, we encourage you to undertake any training you think will help you to get there. 

Annual team away day 

We organise an annual away day for our whole Green Pastures family. We talk about vision and enjoy being together - whether we're shooting paintballs, driving go-karts or having a cook-off! 

Team trips

We like to get away to build team. Our teams have visited places like Bruges, Marrakesh, and the 
oh-so-exotic Malvern Hills. One things for sure they always come back refreshed and more connected. 


Our recruitment process varies ever-so-slightly dependent upon the role you're applying for, but generally your journey from enquirer to team member will look like this: 

  1. Submit your application 
    This is your chance to shine!
  2. Interview invitation
    If we like what we see, we'll invite you to interview. This can take place in person or via Zoom.
  3. iWAM Test
    If you impress us at interview, we may invite you to take the iWAM test. This gives us an indication as to your motivations at work and how you'll fit in with the team.
  4. Shadow the team
    Visit some of the team and shadow them as they work so that you get a great idea of what your day-to-day will look like.
  5. Job offer & probation 
    Subject to references you'll be offered the job, starting with a 6-month probationary period.
