About us
Who we are
Greenwich Hospital is a unique 327-year-old Crown Charity. We provide charitable support including benevolence, annuities, sheltered housing and education to serving and retired personnel of the Royal Navy (RN) and Royal Marines (RM) and their dependants. We are also the parent organisation for the Royal Hospital School, a high quality HMC co-educational boarding school in Suffolk. The Hospital’s income comes from property portfolios in London, Suffolk and Northumberland, and a financial investment portfolio. There are no public funds donated.
We are a small friendly team, now working flexibly between home and office. Greenwich Hospital is committed to strengthening the diversity of its workforce to better reflect the nation and Royal Navy it serves and to broaden the thinking that inspires its work. We therefore warmly welcome applicants for this role from all backgrounds and those who will bring different perspectives.
