Who we are
Guideposts exists to help improve the lives of individuals who face any number of complex challenges; from learning disability and mental health problems to age-related conditions, such as dementia, and the people who care for them. Whether through active care and support, information and guidance or skills training all our services are focussed on helping people lead independent and fulfilling lives, feel valued and included in their local community.
