Who we are

As an NHS Charity, Head to Toe's mission is to help NHS staff provide the very best care and experience for patients. We support all healthcare services provided by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), who specialise in caring for people of all ages with long-term physical or mental health needs.

Working across CPFT and the community, we invest in charitable projects that our NHS staff and patients tell us they need, to help enhance their treatment and improve their wellbeing. 

Our work is focused on improving the wellbeing of our region, ensuring that people have the tools, resources, and support to live well, regardless of their physical or mental health diagnosis. Our aim is to enhance and improve the experiences of our patient community, supporting those who need our help and CPFT staff, to ensure the best possible care.  

We want to:

• Empower all members of our community to live fulfilling lives.
• Provide hope and support to those who need the specialist care of our NHS services.
• Raise awareness and understanding of physical and mental health conditions.
