Who we are
Hearts Together is a new charitable incorporated organisation, formed from the merger of the charity HeartSWell South West and our accommodation arm that was ‘The Lodge.’
Our Hospital Hotel is just a short walk from Derriford Hospital and provides a safe and comfortable place for relatives and carers to stay whilst their loved ones are being treated at Derriford Hospital or any of the other local treatment centres.
We also support the 528,000 people affected by heart disease across Devon and Cornwall. We do this by raising funds to provide essential lifesaving equipment to communities & hospitals. We have a defibrillator programme which has seen over 150 life-saving defibrillators installed in communities across Devon and Cornwall and our counselling support provision has helped over 200 families.
