Hope for the Future

Who we are

Hope for the Future is a leading specialist in training citizens to work with politicians on climate change. Our vision is to see politicians of all political persuasions joining together with each other and with communities across the UK to take decisive action on climate change. Having gained charity status in 2017, we are growing quickly with 16 paid staff and many more volunteers. We have several grant funders and philanthropists who are backing our vision, methods and ambition and are helping us to grow at pace. You can find out more about our plans for the next three years in our Strategic Plan. We have recently expanded from our Sheffield base to open regional offices in London and Liverpool.

Hope for the Future has a supportive and collaborative culture which emphasises respect for each other and prioritises mental, physical and emotional well-being. We have regular team development days around organisational culture, personal growth and addressing the impacts of power and privilege within our sector.
