About us
Who we are
Koreo is a learning consultancy working across the public and non-profit sectors in UK society. We believe that a just and regenerative world is possible; that the talent to build it is everywhere; that the work of building it is for everyone; and that doing so will require a radical approach to learning.
Since 2004, we have combined those beliefs to become one of the UK's leading learning and development partners for organisations in the public and non-profit sectors. We work through a combination of consultancy projects and our own programmes and ventures across UK civil society, across 3 streams of work.
We work with organisations on projects dedicated to culture change, capacity building, leadership development, learning, and innovation. For example, recent or current clients include the Mind Federation, the Health Foundation, Nacro, Care International, The Scout Association. Across that portfolio we are delivering learning and leadership programmes that centre reflection, relationships and development, drawing on techniques including coaching, action learning, retreats, innovation labs, sensemaking and more.
We bring together cross-sector learning networks that create environments for people to learn together across organisational, geographic or thematic boundaries. For example, we are currently working with the Greater London Authority and Local Trust to deliver a combination of civic learning programmes (Civic Futures, The London Engagement Collaborative and the Community Leadership Academy), providing space for learning, reflection, inquiry and experimentation.
Finally, over the last decade we have designed and delivered a range of national programmes dedicated to expanding access to social impact careers. For example, we developed Charityworks, 2027 and Change100 from concept to national scale. 2027 is a 10-year programme dedicated to diversifying UK grantmaking. Charityworks is the non-profit sector’s graduate scheme placing 100+ trainees across the country each year. Change100 was an internship programme dedicated to changing the employment landscape for disabled students.
