Koreo is a talent development consultancy dedicated to social impact. We develop people, organisations and networks to address the defining issues of our time.
The company was founded on the belief that talent is the fundamental force of social change, that social impact should be at the heart of all work regardless of sector or role, and that collaborative action is the only way to address complex social issues.
Since 2009, we have combined these beliefs to become one the UK’s leading people development providers for organisations with a social purpose. We have specialised in designing, delivering and evaluating people and organisational development and leadership programmes.
We are known for our talent consultancy work across the public and social sectors including our national ventures developing emerging leaders (Charityworks) and our disability programme Change100 that aims to diversify workforces within large scale employers in all sectors. We are an Approved Centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with a track record of delivering bespoke programmes at a range of levels including endorsed programmes and full qualifications.
Our team of core staff and associates have a wide range of specialist skills and experiences focused on organisational development, leadership, coaching, action learning, facilitating, management and analysis and have worked across the social, public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Australia.
Our clients, partners and supporters include the BBC, the Cabinet Office, Care International, National Housing Federation, Rethink Mental Illness, the Department for International Development, Epping Forest District Council, Metropolitan Housing, Barclays, Notting Hill Housing, and NSPCC.
