Who we are
Making Space is a national charity that provides health and social care services across England. We support people with various health and care needs etiher in their own homes, in the community or in specialised accommodation.
We support people that a diverse range of needs including:
- Older people with age related concerns
- Mental Health Conditions
- Dementia
- Learning Disabilities
Our mission is to provide a good quality health and social care service that are flexible and reponsive to people's needs and choices.
Our vision is for every person that has care and support needs will receive a service that is personalised to them and is delivered with dignity, respect and compasison to support them to enjoy an everyday life.
