Who we are

Our vision is to lead the way in creating, a world where people with profound and multiple learning disability and their family carers are valued, can realise their potential and live their lives the way they choose. We strive to do this through providing leading edge services, opportunities, therapies, and respite to people with profound and multiple learning disability and their family carers.  We offer a safe, proactive and flexible service that enables recipients to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

One Trust is a relatively new charity, founded in 2015.  Based in Wandsworth South West London, we employ 75 people and support approximately 130 people and their family carers each week.  Following a successful start-up phase, we are now looking to grow and extend our reach.  We are in the enviable position of being oversubscribed, the provider of choice for many.  This also presents a significant challenge as growth will require significant capital investment in new state of the art buildings.  To this end we are currently restructuring to ensure we have the skills and capacity to deliver on our 3-4 year strategic objectives.
