We are one team, working together to achieve the best results for students, all day, every day. Staff living our values helps us to create a positive space to engage with our members. We put the wellbeing and success of our members first. We live our values and if you’ve got them, we want you! 

We strive to get the most from our people, to provide our members with the best we can, so that together, we’re achieving our charitable objectives. Help us to make our community one which every single OU student can engage with, and where they can feel at home.
