Who we are

People Beyond Profit is an executive search consultancy who connects senior talent with meaningful, impactful work in responsible businesses and purpose-led organisations. 
Inspired by the idea that responsible businesses invest in and help create inclusive economies, we aim to accelerate the leadership capability of underrepresented groups at Board and Executive level, by re-investing our net profits into progressive leadership programmes to support this aim.

We are passionate about great leadership and its development. We know the impact great leaders can have on those around them, on economies and society as a whole.

However, we also know that not all talented individuals have the same opportunity to build their leadership career at a senior level. We want to change that.
