Who we are
At Phoenix Futures, we’ve been helping individuals, families and communities recover from drug and alcohol problems for over 45 years.
We are passionate about recovery, constantly striving to learn, innovate, challenge ourselves, adapt and work together with others to help people achieve their full potential in life. Our determination has made us into one of the most effective organisations in the recovery sector.
Our Group now consists of Phoenix Futures, Phoenix Futures Scotland, Norcas (who provide services across Norfolk and Suffolk) and Foundation66 (who provide services in London and the South East).
As you might expect, the work we do is incredibly varied. Our teams are creating positive change in prisons, communities and residential settings across the country. Every year, we support over 20,000 individuals. We’re not only a drug and alcohol charity, but also a housing association, providing specialist follow-on accommodation to support people on their path to recovery.
But what really sets us apart as an organisation is the energy and commitment of the people who work for us – and the career environment we’ve created to help them develop and grow.
