Who we are
PSR is a non commission based consultancy. Our team is not motivated by targets, bonuses or league tables. Our buzz comes from matching great candidates to transformative charities and seeing each prosper.
We recruit charity CEOs, Trustees, Directors and Heads of Fundraising through to entry level fundraising roles. From offices based in hard to reach places to recruiting their first sole fundraiser we are here to help every step of the way, and we love a good challenge!

We like keeping things clear and simple. No surprises or guess work. We are pragmatic and don’t shy away from letting our clients and candidates know if something won’t work so expectations are well managed.

At PSR we have signed the pledge to always show the salary as we know that job adverts without salary information can perpetuate pay gaps when it comes to hiring – hitting black candidates, women, candidates with disabilities and the LGBTQIA+ community. We also work with Non Graduates Welcome as a way of improving diversity and inclusion within the charity sector and will not work on fundraising roles where a degree is either an essential or desirable requirement unless a charity can fully justify why this is the case. We will also challenge any role that asks for general A level qualifications or equivalent or GCSE grades to a certain level.
