Education for a democratic future.

Prospect Burma invests in a positive future for Burma through the education and empowerment of its young people, at home and abroad. 

We believe that the provision of a high-quality education is vital for a democratic future for the country.

We are a non-political organisation which provides higher-education scholarships to Burmese students around the world, regardless of religious or ethnic background, with the aim of gaining vital skills and expertise which they will take back to the country.

We aim to build a core group of skilled Burmese people who have acquired knowledge and skills in various disciplines vital to the rebuilding of civil society in Burma.
