Providence Row Housing Association = Housing. Support. Recovery.
We believe in the potential of people-
- Our residents' potential to change their lives for the better
- Our staff teams' potential to support this change and to grow and develop themselves.
We are a specialist Housing Association focussed on East London, mainly Tower Hamlets and the City, Hackney and Southwark. Our mission is "Working together to provide housing, support and community."
We help people who are homeless (or at risk of becoming homeless) to help themselves through a wide range of residential and non-residential services. As well as having suffered the crisis of homelessness, many of our residents have support needs relating to substance misuse, poor mental and physical health.
Our services include permanent & temporary housing, support to live independently, resettlement preparation & support, access to employment, training & education & money management advice.
Our support services are underpinned by a commitment to Psychologically Informed Environments and personalised support. Staff receive training to enable them to deliver on our values based offer. Our team structures are supportive and allow for professional development.
Most of our services are close to public transport and in diverse vibrant communities.
PRHA is small enough for you to matter but large enough to develop award winning services. We are also an Investors in People Gold award winner for our commitment to the training and development of our staff.
We also celebrate the diversity of our teams and resident groups which reflect the communities that we work within. Partnership with local community groups and services is one of our key strengths.
