Who we are

Redbridge Carers Support Service (RCSS) is a dynamic, Queen's Award winning charity providing services and support to unpaid carers in the London Borough of Redbridge.  Established since 1994 we work with carers to give them a strong voice and opportunities to live a fulfilling life alongside caring.  Our Mission is to make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge by providing them with services, support and recognition.  With a strong focus on health and wellbeing, our services provide opportunities to socialise, gain peer support and learn and develop new skills.  RCSS have a skilled and diverse workforce and a strong and committed Management Team and Board.  We believe the ideas and views of our stakeholders are key to driving improvement and development.  All staff are encouraged to share and develop new ideas and innvoations to shape our organisation.
