Who we are

RefuAid focuses on three key barriers to access for refugees with leave to remain, trying to restart their life in the UK: finance and re-qualification, language tuition and specialist employment advice. Our solutions have proved both sustainable and successful, empowering those who've been forced into a dependent lifestyle. RefuAid aim to encourage a focus on alternatives to refugee camps and isolation whilst disrupting the cycle of aid dependency within the charity sector. 

We have identified 3 key barriers people with leave to remain were facing in becoming independent and starting their lives here in the UK: finance and re-qualification, language tuition and specialist employment advice. We now deliver programmes aimed at overcoming these barriers and supporting people to return to doing what they know and love.
